Sales Person Required

Overview:
 
Sales and leasing consultants Downtown Infiniti are responsible for the sale and lease of Infiniti automobiles to existing customers and prospects through the employment of the Downtown Infiniti sales process. Sales and leasing consultants are expected to meet sales and gross profit targets as set together with management on a consistent basis. Sales and leasing consultants will also be accountable to the current customer satisfaction programs in place. Detailed Responsibilities: Daily
1.Establish and nurture customer relationships for the purpose of selling new or used vehicles.
2.Handle incoming sales traffic (both on the telephone and in person) with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism.
3.Qualify prospects' needs, demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits, and handle customer objections.
4.While adhering to the Downtown Infiniti process, policies and procedures, present lease and finance options to customers with the intention of completing the sale.
5.Always assist with vehicle selection recommending stock vehicles available for immediate delivery first.
6.Arrange trade-in appraisals through the pre-owned sales manager or his/her designate.
7.Liaise between prospect and sales management during negotiations with integrity, making sure to serve the best interests of both parties.
8.Strategically turn over sales and leasing customers to the finance office, always recommending additional value added products for final contact execution.
9.Follow up with and provide information to existing sales and lease prospects with the objective of arranging sales appointments.
10.Arrange new and pre-owned deliveries through sales management and the finance office.
 
Weekly
1.Monitor individual performance vs. objective
2.Actively prospect new customers in an organized and professional manner
3.Follow up with all recent deliveries making sure that customers' expectations have been satisfied.
4.Research and study product changes
5.Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
6.Make all delivery follow up calls
 
Monthly
1.Review last month's performance vs. objective, paying attention to individual floor traffic management statistics with the aim of setting aggressive, yet attainable sales objectives with management
2.Familiarize yourself with all manufacturers' sales and leasing programs
3.Make anniversary, lease maturity contact calls with existing client base as required.
4.Seek repeat and referral business from existing clientele
5.Keep apprised of competitive product knowledge (i.e. changes in competitive models)
 
Other
1.Participate in the marketing and merchandising of vehicles as requested by sales management
2.Assist in the arrangement of showroom display as required
3.Participate in off-site product and skills training programs as endorsed by Downtown Infiniti and/or Infiniti Canada
 
Qualifications
1.Valid Ontario Driver's License
2.Valid OMVIC Sales Consultant License
3. 1 to 3 years experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
. Arrange appointments for maintenance repair services.
. Feed required work to the workshop using correct labour and completion times.
. Test drive the car with the customer, when required.
. Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate of the labour and parts costs, while determining the time frame for work completion, completed detailed work orders with customer signature.
. Verify warranty coverage on the vehicle to be repaired before work is begun.
. Notify dispatch of the work to be done.
. Monitor vehicle progress in the workshop. Notify and obtain customer approval if there is any change in the estimate or time frame.
. Present completed vehicle to customer personally, advising of future service or repair priorities; while ensuring customer satisfaction with work.
. Promote accessories sales.
. Ensure invoice is paid promptly.
. Maintain and update product knowledge. Attend training courses as required.
. Maintain and update warranty information and goodwill procedures based on supplier and the dealership guidelines.
. Ensure that the work area is kept clean.
. Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
Qualifications: . A valid Ontario driver's license and a clear driving record.. Motor industry or other retailing experience in a technical environment.. Great customer service skills.. Proficient in ADP computer systems. . Professional appearance.

Job Description
Downtown Infiniti is seeking a Licensed qualified Technician with import experience.

The Licensed Technician diagnoses vehicle problems, and carries out necessary repairs. Duties include but are not limited to:
. Perform the work described in the work orders efficiently and accurately. . Detect the problems, based on the customer's complaints and his/her own inspection and repairs it. . Inspect recently delivered vehicles and road test them. . Notify the service advisor and/or the shop foreman if additional work is required, if the work described is unnecessary or if the repairs cannot be done by the expected deadlines. . Obtain parts from parts department and return parts as required.. Report any defective or poorly functioning equipment to the supervisor.
